3.3.1 Modal
We start our business with RM 250,000 as modal. Since this company  consists of 5 members, each of us have shared  equally with RM 50,000 per person to make this business plan come into reality .

Since this company is the new company, a lot money need to be used on the first month. First of all, we need to make the chicken coop that capacity is enough for the chicken that we want to buy which it about RM 55,000 have been used and also include cost to make egg store and slaughterhouse. Other than that, we have spent about RM 44,000 to buy the chickens which we divided its into two categories, first category is the chicken that we want to sell that is about 6000 chickens and the other is that we want to create breed of chicken and it is about 2000 chickens. We managed to get RM 4 for a chicken  for first category and RM 12 for a chicken  for second category. Besides that, RM 76,800 was used to buy the chicken feed and we choose to buy bran as the chicken feed which it cost about RM 80 per bag. Furthermore, RM 20,000 was used to buy the technologies to help us doing work easily. We also used RM 29,200 for others that relate to process the chicken.
Second month:

On the second month, we have reduced our expenditure because we bought the item that is needed only such as buying the chicken, buying chicken feed and others thing relate to the process of chicken. RM 24,000 have been used to buy the chicken which is about 6000 chickens. Other than that, RM 76,800 have been used to buy chicken feed and about RM 10,000 have been used to buy other things.
Third month:

On the third month, the total expenditure is about RM 138,000 and it is increase more than the second month because we have increase the number of the chickens that we want to buy into 8000 chickens. So that why, the expenditure increases.AS usual we only buy the chicken, chicken feed and other thing needed only.

On the first month, we have decided not to sale frozen chickens because the grow up of the chicken we bought not optimum. So it is difficult to market it. We started sale our frozen chicken product on the second month because the chicken have grown up and about 6000 chickens have been sold. The total sales we get is about RM 90,000 and the third month is also same. The price for a chicken we sold is about RM 15.

On the first month, the total sales of the chicken egg is about RM 18,000 which is about 30,000 eggs have been sold. On the second month and third month the total also same as on the first month because the average of the chicken produce eggs for this company is about 1000 per month. The price for an egg is about RM0.60.

On the first month, the total sales of the chicken manure fertilizer is about RM 12,500 which is about 50,000kg have been sold. On  the second month  total sales decrease for  due to some factor that cannot be avoided but on the third month, the total sales have been increased to RM 12,500.The price according to market value of this type of fertilizer is about RM 2.50 per 10kg.

The losses of frozen chicken by our company is because the chicken have bruise on their body. Other than that, the chicken death is the main factor the losses occur.

The total profit we earned on the first month is unfavorable because some of our product we decided not  to market it on the first month. So, the total sales on the first month for frozen chicken product is zero but for the other product such as chicken eggs and chicken manure fertilizer, we earned some profit that reasonable. It is because the total losses for every product not too much while the total sales shown some increases.

The total profit we earned on the second month shown some improvement because a lot of our products accepted by the people. We also have started to produce frozen chicken product to the market. The total profits on this month we earned is about RM 118,276.20.

The total profit we earned on the third month has some increases from the profit we earned on the first month and the second month. The improvement have been handle to make sure the losses are not too much, so, we can  satisfy our customer. The profit we earned  for this month is RM 119,879.

Actually the lorry and pickup lorry were sponsored by RISDA (Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority) and  we obtained them a week before the company start up while the other things we use our money to prepare it. All of this we managed to have it on the first week of our company operation.
                                                          



 
3.5 Technology
            We use hybrid chicken as our main product. This type of chicken has a very fast growth rate estimate about 2- 3 months before can be sold. Our chicken is the hybrids between the red jungle chicken (Gallus gallus) and the ordinary Kampung chicken. This type of chicken has a high resistance towards disease and has easy to cattle. Moreover, this type of chicken has a sweet taste in its meat and suitable to cook in any types of recipes. Plus, in our husbandry site, we only use the organic food to our product. As an example, we use habbatus sauda that function as a remedy to heart and digestion of chicken. We also used Pandan leaves (can act as a remedy for fever), turmeric (as an antioxidant and antibacterial) and also lime fruit as a source of Vitamin C, B1 and B2. Then we use wood dust that later on to be mixed with the chicken leftover as a fertilizer. The reason we use wood dust is we can easily collect the leftovers and mixed thoroughly as a fertilizer. Plus, we use the incubator room to ensure the eggs have the intensive care in order to produce the best quality of eggs. The temperature is adjusted exactly as the parent chickens incubate. After the incubation process ends, every egg is coated with Omega oil to ensure the eggs are free from disease infection while in the phase of delivery.
            At our husbandry site, we use canvas coat to protect our product from rainfalls and insects that can be harmful to our products. The advantages of using canvas instead of wood is canvas is not getting decayed and indirectly we can safe our mother nature by lessen the amount of tree to be cut off. Plus, as a Muslim we also used Al-Quran verse at our premises. This is to ensure our chicken is free from stress and can have the good growth rate. As we know, not long time ago a scientist from Japan has completed a research about water molecules. It is proven that the water that has been read with Al-Quran verse has the better molecular shape that indicates the water is suitable for drink. So, we believe that by using Al-Quran verse our product can also be in the best quality. Moreover, we also use a biodegradable plastic in our product delivery. Biodegradable plastic can be decay easily and can safe our mother nature by reducing the number of plastic bags at disposal sites. Then, we use the sanitizer spray at our premises especially at slaughtering room every time after the slaughtering process ends. This is to ensure that the is no bacteria is freely moved in our premise that can infect our chicken and also to keep our premises clean and in a good condition. Plus, at our premise we also practice 5S in our work. 5S stands for sort, set in order, shine, and standardize and sustain. This to ensure our workplace is in a safe and a good condition plus free from accident.

3.6 Future Products and Services
As our company’s aim is to be the largest and well-known producer of ayam kampung in Malaysia, we will have to look on our future products and services that can offer a greater variety in order to show what are our company up to. By the way, looking and thinking outside of the box can reassure our company’s growth on the years comes. In the meantime, we have the right way of making our company run better and smoothly.
As we increase our presence in the public, we will continue to seek out applications that will allow us to offer a greater variety of products and services. A key component of these will be customer feedback. There are several kinds of products and services that our company can make it come true. Maybe our future products and services are only available on the next five or ten years coming but we will make it comes true earlier after we have done researched about them.
First and foremost is our future product:

  • Chicken barbeque
Just taste our unique chicken barbeque that will eventually rise up your eating desire.
  •   Instant chicken
Tear up the plastic and just heat the chicken in the microwave. After that, you will feel the taste of chicken that you have ever taste.
  •  Egg herbs
The eggs will be immersed in the solution that containing mixed of herbs such as tongkat ali that will give you energy that will burst you up. Thus, your body will feel relief after all the unwanted air goes out of your body.
  •   Chicken in tin
Using the same process like making sardines. Therefore, you can eat with one whole body including bones.

Through this, we can show our true services head to head with people and customers such as act like a consultant to them if they are interested in this field.
